前段时间，“黑洞照片”和视觉中国引发的图片版权问题引发广泛关注，但相较于图片版权，字体版权却往往容易被忽视，比如Windows系统自带的微软雅黑字体，其实也是有版权保护的，并不免费！

近期，一则“实习生未经授权使用字体被起诉公司损失3000万”的新闻更是在社会上引起轩然大波，虽经当事版权方澄清，并不存在天价“索赔”，但字体版权问题的确是悬在商家头上的达摩克利斯之剑。

有法律界人士透露，目前法院对字体侵权案件的判决一般为每个3000-10000元，而法律应诉、宣传品撤回等相关工作也会给商家带来相当的负担。
